What is an All-Inclusive resort? All inclusive vacations are a trending form of travel where all essentials are covered in the pre-paid booking price. Apart from your accommodation, you receive three meals a day, soft drinks and most hard drinks, activities, entertainment and, gratuities included in the price without having to pay extra for it. All inclusive resorts are popular in warm weather regions such as the Mediterranean and the Caribbean and are at the top of the list for couples and families looking for a vacation package for one set price with no surprise extra charges at checkout time. However All Inclusive resorts are not all the same and some packages may include more items than others. For example, some all inclusive resorts in Belize may include a tour of the Maya Ruins in Belize, but understandably charge extra for a side trip to see Maya archaeology sites across the border in Guatemala or Mexico. All-Inclusive holiday resorts are at the upper end of accommodation facilities in Belize and will have clearly stated in their offerings what is included. If in doubt, ask.
