Emory King has spent more than 40 years in Belize after being shipwrecked on the "Longest Barrier Reef in the Western Hemisphere in 1953.

Since then he has been called the Art Buchwald of Belize, the Benjamin Franklin of Belize, the Mark Twain of Belize and the American Ambassador of Belize.
